We can provide regular onsite training and education to both your HR/Immigration team and foreign national employees on an annual basis. We also try to hold a “client-wide” annual seminar for Immigration Specialists and HR Professionals which covers a variety of up-to-the-minute immigration topics. This is generally held at a hotel facility in Silicon Valley.

Developing Corporate Policy
We assist our clients in developing corporate policy. We believe the three most important aspects of corporate policy are: consistency, competitiveness, and retention. It is not enough for us to file the appropriate petitions/applications at USCIS. It is important for us to help our employer clients understand the processes and processing times to ensure that the hiring manager and employees are fully aware of what is involved and to help them plan. Quality Assurance and Efficient Services
We are committed to the needs of our clients and we understand that efficiency and expeditious processing are of the utmost importance. Therefore, our office is equipped with networked personal computer workstations. We utilize electronic-mail extensively and have found this to be one of the most efficient means of communicating with both employees and the immigration specialists with whom we work. Through this, the immigration specialists are able to forward information to the employee and his/her manager, then back to us, quickly and efficiently. We also have Extranet capabilities to provide you with direct access to your company’s status database 24/7/365.

Managing Corporate Client Accounts
We have implemented new ideas to effectively manage both large and small corporate client accounts to ensure that their needs and expectations are met. We assign a minimum of two attorneys to each client account. This includes a senior level attorney and one to two associate attorneys. All attorneys are familiar with each corporate client’s business and the employees so that we may provide efficient and effective legal services. We guarantee that one of your attorney representatives will be available to you every business day that the Baker Law Corporation is open. It is important to us that attorneys familiar with your company's ideology and practices manage your account and are always available to answer your questions and concerns.
